Our Island Cottage design package is a unique interactive process whereby you work with our in-house designer (via the internet and telephone) to customize your Island Cottage. You select from a variety of exterior finish options and a myriad of interior choices. Your floor plan is tailored to your family’s needs (or to the quantity of houseguests you expect!). And as always, the natural beauty of your site sets the precedent for placement of windows and doors for optimum viewing enjoyment!
The following graphic depictions are the actual end result of one of our Island Cottage customer's design package. You will see exterior perspectives, cutaway views, floor plans and interior perspectives (many with accompanying photos of the finished cottage.) Note the detail!
Though there is a substantial “fun-factor” in our design process, the greatest advantage is in seeing exactly what your Island Cottage will look like and “feel” like. By the end of the design process it will feel like home -- your home!
